On Sunday 19th June, we'll meet before dawn at the Shelly Banks in the heart of Dublin bay, to practice together as the solstice sun rises over the Irish sea.

This will be the second year of this special gathering, to align with the potency of the solstice. Combining guided meditation and vibrational healing through sound to nourish and recalibrate, followed by deep mindful movement to invigorate and emerge with the rising sun.

The practice will be approx. 1.5 hours, followed by an optional swim at the half moon swimming club (just a short walk from the Shelly Banks), for anyone that would like an extra fresh start to the day!

The Shelly Banks/ Poolbeg beach is an ideal location, not far from the city centre and under the watchful eye of the iconic Poolbeg chimneys. There is a small, quiet road and car park close to the beach for ease of access and parking and we’ll have beautiful views across the bay as the sun begins to fill the sky. As was the case last year, at this time of morning it will be very quiet so we can bask in the energies of the early morning and delicious sound of the sea.

As with anything outdoors in Ireland, we’ll have to keep a close eye on the weather as the time approaches, and if we can’t go ahead full refunds will be issued. Please start your sun dance now ;)
