I’m delighted to announce that I have been invited to partner with Toyota for this year’s WellFest, and will be guiding mindful meditations combined with healing sound throughout the weekend at the Toyota Dome, next to the Well Mind stage.

For the return of WellFest this year, mental health is a special focus, with the new addition of the Well Mind stage, recognising that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing. Don’t miss the great line up at the Well Mind stage, including talk and discussion with mental health advocate Niall (Bressie) Breslin and be sure to schedule some chill out time for yourself over the weekend, I’ll be doing a few sessions both days, spaces will be limited so pre-booking is essential.
