A 2-night special drum, song and meditation retreat facilitated by Tom and Jake Quinn, on the beautiful grounds of St Patrick’s in Kiltegan, Wicklow.

As part of this wonderful weekend, I will be sharing a sacred sound practice, to soothe the nervous system and support you in resting deep into the meditative state.
